Duties
- Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct negotiations to close deals effectively, aligning client needs with company offerings.
- Present products and services confidently, tailoring pitches to meet client requirements.
- Manage the sales pipeline using IT tools, tracking progress and following up on leads.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
- Organise meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase our offerings.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and sales activities for reporting purposes.
- Drive customer loyalty programmes and participate in industry events to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel as required for client meetings.
- Proficiency in IT systems, CRM software, and MS Office applications.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple priorities.
- Customer service orientation with a professional attitude and interpersonal skills.
