The Mon Motors Group is a family run company that was established in 1971. Today we are one of the largest automotive dealer groups in South Wales and the West of England. The Group has main dealerships for Audi, CUPRA, Ford, Geely, SEAT, ŠKODA, Volvo and Volkswagen, along with a large used car operation and a number of multi-brand service centres, body shops and TPS (our trade parts division).
We are looking for a motivated and organised Call Centre Bookings Advisor to join our busy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, across all of our brands, scheduling bookings and providing excellent customer service over the phone.
Key responsibilities
- To deliver an exceptional customer experience at every opportunity
- To manage all telephone enquiries on behalf of all areas of the business
- Manage any necessary liaison with department manager(s) regarding customer feedback
- Understand and adhere to the brands and group requirements
Person Specification
- Ideally have previous experience in call centre environment
- Ideally have worked in a prestige environment
- Have excellent interpersonal / customer skills
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be passionate about delivering an exception customer experience
- Be organised and have good attention to detail
The successful candidate will have the ability to work on their own initiative and have an outgoing and personable telephone manner. They will also need to be flexible with their hours worked. After successfully completing a probation period, hybrid working can be offered.

Pay: £27,248.00-£31,000.00 per year
