We are seeking a Secretary with audio and typing ability to join our team working primarily for one of the partners. We are looking for a candidate who has office and administration experience however we are also open to candidates who are interested in pursuing a career in a secretarial field.
The role includes generally:
· Digital typing of valuations, reports, surveys, emails and general correspondence as directed by the partners.
· Preparing marketing details when new properties come to the market.
· Efficient handling of telephone enquiries and calls.
· Provision of assistance to and dealing with tasks as delegated.
· Maintaining an accurate and efficient filing and archive system.
· General administration duties
Ideally the candidate should have:
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a good typing speed (at least 60 wpm) and accuracy.
· Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Publisher, Adobe and invoicing processes.
· Experience of working in a professional office environment and to be self-motivated.
· Enthusiastic, flexible and efficient with a helpful and friendly manner when dealing with clients and colleagues.
· Good team player with willingness to offer support to others in the team.

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
