SENNIESis excited to support a warm and loving family who are based in Dubai and will be visiting the UK for the summer holidays in July and August 2026. The family have four boys — aged approximately 2, 4, 7 and 9 — and are seeking an experienced, energetic and caring Sennie to provide dedicated support for B9 during their time in the UK.
The family will be based primarily in London, with some time spent in Surrey. The Sennie will be expected to travel between both locations with the family. This is a 6-days-per-week role and an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking for a meaningful, high-energy summer placement with a wonderful family. A live-in option is available for the right candidate — the family can arrange a room in their London home or a local Airbnb.
B9 currently attends a specialist SEN school in Dubai and has a dedicated carer at home there. In the UK, the family are looking for someone who can step confidently into that supporting role — following B9's established routine, keeping him safe and regulated, and being a fun, energetic presence who can keep up with his boundless energy. The Sennie will work alongside the family and will have the opportunity to get to know B9's routines and communication style before the summer begins.
About the Child: B9 is a happy, active and smiley 9-year-old who loves life. He is always on the go and has an infectious energy that those around him find irresistible. B9 loves trains, jumping, swimming, moving, watching Peppa Pig, splashing in water, stimming and looking out of the window — and thoroughly enjoys horse riding. He thrives in 1:1 settings with familiar adults who bring warmth, patience and enthusiasm.
B9 is Autistic and non-verbal, and communicates through gesture, showing and sharing. He has low danger awareness and requires constant, calm supervision to keep him safe at all times. He benefits from a consistent routine and clear, simple communication. He receives Speech and Language Therapy, Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy as part of his school programme in Dubai, and the family are keen for his Sennie to follow the strategies and approaches they have in place.
Medication: B9 takes Risperidone. Full guidance will be provided by the family.
