Here at The Old Mill Hotel we're looking for a Breakfast Chef to join the team. You will assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef by preparing breakfast for the hotels residents.
Key Responsibilities:
· Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes for the restaurants breakfast guests
· Ensuring all of the company’s food hygiene and health and safety policies and procedures are adhered to
· Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
Previous Experience:
Previous experience in a fast paced fresh food environment is essential. The candidate will have the ability to prepare food to a high standard. They will have good communication skills and be able to assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the running of the department.
