We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, with a proven ability to communicate effectively and build lasting relationships with clients. This role requires proficiency in software tools, particularly Salesforce, and the ability to engage in telemarketing activities. Bilingual candidates who can communicate in both English and Spanish are highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the industry.
- Utilise Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Engage in telemarketing efforts to generate leads and set appointments for further discussions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing our products and services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Experience
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of software applications related to sales processes, particularly Salesforce.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience in telemarketing or direct sales is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and motivation.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, ensuring accurate record keeping and reporting.
