Role: Junior Pre-production Artworker
Location: Ossett
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00 (flexible within business requirements)
Pay: £18,000 – £26,000 per annum depending on experience

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and produce pre-production artwork for large-format digital print
- Prepare cutting paths for CNC, Zund, or laser cutters
- Produce high-quality visual packs and proofs for quality checks
- Adapt existing artwork to alternative layouts and formats
- Maintain accuracy of files, following studio archiving systems and in-house libraries
- Support colour and print profiling
- Manage studio workflow and meet production deadlines
- Conduct quality control of your own artwork output before release to production
- Assist with designing hoardings, posters, and other display products from internal briefs
- Support social media content creation when required
- Collaborate across departments and maintain clear communication throughout the business
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and health and safety legislation
ABOUT YOU:
- Proven experience using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop on Mac
- Multi-platform print knowledge and experience within the print industry
- Excellent attention to detail and file accuracy
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to tight deadlines
- Efficient, flexible, and able to multi-task effectively
- Good communicator and team player
- Creative approach to following and producing client and internal briefs
- Current driving licence is desirable
- Experience of large-format digital print production is desirable
- Exposure to CNC/Zund/laser cutting processes is desirable
