We have a vacancy for a new care assistant to join our team, we believe that we offer great working conditions and here are some of the ways in which we support our staff,
- Time and a half on bank Holidays.
- £15.00 per hour on weekends
- Double pay over Christmas.
- Paying for cancelled visits if cancelled outside time frame.
- Schedules that flow around the locality of the carer (no back and fourth driving)
- £0.45 per mile travelled. (travel always looking to be minimised)
- Full PPE provided.
