We work with high-quality European manufacturing, modern automation solutions, and a streamlined installation and fulfilment process. As demand grows, we are expanding our UK sales force with ambitious, commission-driven professionals.
The Opportunity
This is a pure commission role designed for people who want uncapped earnings, flexibility, and the chance to sell a strong, in-demand product.
You will be responsible for generating and closing sales for:
- Roller garage doors
- Industrial & commercial doors
- Shutters and automation systems
- Motors, remotes, and smart control solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new sales leads (residential & commercial)
- Conduct client consultations (on-site or remote)
- Prepare quotes and close deals
- Build long-term relationships with homeowners, developers, builders, and businesses
- Work closely with our operations and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Represent SBi Group International professionally in the UK market
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in sales (construction, doors, windows, automation, home improvement, or similar industries preferred)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own pipeline
- UK-based with good local market knowledge
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Existing client network is a strong advantage
