This is an exciting opportunity for teachers who are committed to supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and helping them achieve their full potential. The Role:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual pupil needs.
- Support pupils with a range of SEND, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, Speech and Language Difficulties, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies where required.
- Work collaboratively with support staff, parents, and external professionals.
- Promote pupil independence, confidence, and achievement.

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching pupils with SEND, either in specialist or mainstream settings.
- Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills.
- A patient, adaptable, and compassionate approach.
