The Role
As a Graduate Executive Search Consultant, you’ll operate in a full 360° recruitment role, managing the entire search process from winning new business to placing senior‑level talent.
You’ll specialise in Executive Search across sectors such as:
- Construction
- Life Sciences
- Medical Devices
- Technology
This is a commercial, research‑driven, consultative role where you’ll be speaking with senior decision‑makers daily, not a call‑centre environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engaging with senior executives via phone and video
- Headhunting and interviewing high‑calibre candidates
- Pitching bespoke search solutions to clients
- Managing interview processes, feedback, and offer negotiations
- Conducting market research and mapping talent pools
- Building and maintaining candidate pipelines
- Cold calling, networking, and developing new business
