Cleaning Operative required 25 hours a week at a office complex in Gosforth.
Immediate start.
Working as part of a small team.
Hours of work are 5am-10am with additional hours as overtime available
Required:
· Experience preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
· Good people skills are required for this role.
· Good attention to detail required.
· Be reliable & responsible with a flexible approach to work.
· Driving licence preferred.
Working in a safe manner using personal protective equipment as required, using chemicals as directed, you will be responsible for the following:
· Maintaining external areas as requested by the Facilities/Operations Manager
· Ensuring Roads/Paths are clean and free from rubbish and cigarette ends
· Ensuring car parks are free from debris using the leaf blower
· Remove rubbish/waste bins to designated areas for collection
· Ensuring the workplace is clean, tidy & hazard free ready for the next working day.
