We are seeking a talented and passionate Hairdresser to join our dynamic salon team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong flair for colouring , balayage , hair spa, highlights hairstyling, barbering, keratin treatment with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing customised haircuts, colour services, and additional beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions and makeup application. Experience in store management, mentoring junior staff, and upselling services is highly desirable. Responsibilities
- Deliver professional hairdressing services including cutting, colouring, keratin treatments , styling, and specialised treatments tailored to client preferences
- Perform barbering services with precision and attention to detail
- Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling, client consultations, and maintaining a welcoming environment
- Upsell additional products and services to maximise client experience and salon revenue
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation within the salon
- Ensure all clients receive personalised advice on haircare routines and product recommendations
- Assist in store management tasks as required to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hairdresser or Barber with a strong portfolio of work
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of store management principles is advantageous
- Skills in eyelash extensions and makeup application are desirable but not essential
- Demonstrated ability in upselling products and services effectively
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute positively to team dynamics
- Organised with excellent time-management skills to handle multiple appointments efficiently
