Short Lets Property Cleaner
Location: Our properties are all based in Clifton, Bristol, within 5 minutes walk of the Clifton Triangle.
Pay: £12.75/hr→ £13.25/hr after a successful probation period (12 weeks). Bonuses also available – up £50 per month and up to £50 per quarter
Hours: A minimum of 15 hours per week, worked over 5 short shifts, Monday - Friday
Shift timings: Shifts start in the morning around 10am with a little flexibility, finishing between 1pm and 2pm. This is an ideal 'school hours' role - we can be flexible around the exact hours worked.
About the Short Lets Cleaner role:
You'll be working with another cleaner to carry out both daily cleans, departure room cleans and weekly deep cleans of our short let properties. Duties will include:
- Cleaning departed short let rooms / communal spaces on a daily basis
- Deep cleaning our short let properties to a set schedule - with each property getting at least a weekly deep clean.
- Replenishing cleaning products within short lets properties
- Carrying laundry bags in and out of properties
- Reporting any property maintenance issues to the management
This is a hands on, physical role, that will require the successful applicant to navigate a few buildings a day with stairs etc as standard.

You’ll need:
- An eye for detail & pride in your work
- Reliable, resilient and independent character
- Good team working skills and an adaptable nature
- Good people skills - able to interact confidently and politely with any guests and tenants you cross paths with
- A driving licence (ideal but not essential)
