- Staying away from home payment Company covers hotels and food allowance when away from over time is always available
- No on call rota – Monday – Friday
- Private use of van yes if excessive millage is done fuel would need to be covered
About us:
We are a HVAC Contractor based in the North East carrying our Air Conditioning, Commercial Gas and Plumbing repairs across the country. We have been established for 10 years and have built many great relationships with our clients.
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join the service team. Due to the wide range of sites we hold, this role does involve staying away from home.
Key Responsibilities:
· Servicing, maintenance and repair of commercial gas and plumbing systems.
· Diagnose and repair faults on boilers, heating systems, and associated pipework.
· Undertake reactive and planned maintenance (PPM) tasks in commercial environments.
· Ensure all works comply with Gas Safe, Health & Safety, and environmental regulations.
· Work effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure high service standards and efficient
Desirable Qualifications / Experience:
· Domestic Gas qualification (CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, G3 UNVENTED)
· Commercial Gas Qualifications (COCN1, CDGA1, CIGA1, CORT1, TPCP1A, TPCP1,ICPN1 )
· Minimum 5 years recent experience working on Commercial Gas Equipment
· Driver’s Licence
