Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Bathroom Display Fitter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing bathroom display bays in commercial properties. This role requires a strong understanding of shop fitting and bathroom installation, along with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Applicants should be physically fit, capable of heavy lifting, and possess a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality workmanship. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with practical skills in construction and installation trades to develop their careers within a supportive environment. We install displays nationwide and the role will involve a significant amount of working away from home.
Responsibilities
- Installing bathroom suites, including baths, showers, sinks, toilets, and associated fixtures
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Cutting, shaping, and assembling materials using hand tools and power tools
- Ensuring all installations comply with relevant health and safety standards
- Conducting inspections to guarantee quality standards are met throughout the project
- Collaborating with Showroom owner and other staff to coordinate work schedules
- Attending service calls in residential properties
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area during and after completion of tasks
Skills
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment
- Strong bathroom installation skills (only dry fitting required)
- Mechanical knowledge related to bathroom fixtures and fittings
- Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely on-site
- Able to work on your own, or as part of a small team
- Good social skills to represent Phoenix Bathrooms when interacting with customers & members of the public
- Familiarity with the use of plumbing components and assembly techniques
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship

Pay: £17.00-£19.00 per hour
