Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and hardworking Chef (All Levels) to join our tight-knit, small team at our charming country pub. This is a unique opportunity to work directly alongside the Chef-Tenant, who is always present in the kitchen, guiding a growing business fueled by a genuine passion for food.

Both live-in and live-out options are available.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of high-quality, entirely home-cooked dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
- Work side-by-side with the Chef-Tenant to manage daily kitchen operations and maintain a smooth workflow.
- Contribute creative ideas to menu planning and daily specials.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene at all times.
- Monitor stock levels, manage ingredient prep, and assist with ordering supplies.
- Bring energy, dedication, and a collaborative spirit to our small kitchen team.
Package & Benefits
- Salary: £35,000 – £42,000 per year (including tronc).
- Pay Frequency: 13 pay dates a year (paid every 4 weeks).
- Working Schedule: A great 5-day working week from Wednesday to Sunday (Mondays and Tuesdays off).
- Note on Sundays: 12:00 until finish (usually no later than 19:30). Sunday features only one service, allowing for an earlier finish.
Live-In Accommodation & Location
For those interested in the live-in option, we provide a comfortable double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
