Warehouse & Manufacturing Assistant
Location: Rotherwas Industrial Estate, Hereford
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: 20 hours per week initially, with the opportunity to increase to full-time hours (37.5 hours per week) after 2-3 months based on performance and business requirements.
About Us
We are a growing business involved in sword fencing equipment, manufacturing, 3D printing, laser engraving and e-commerce. We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our warehouse and operations team.
This is a varied, hands-on role. We are looking for someone who enjoys learning new skills, takes pride in their work and is willing to help wherever needed.
Responsibilities
Your duties may include:
· Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders
· Creating shipping labels and preparing parcels for collection
· Receiving, checking and organising incoming stock
· Assisting with warehouse organisation and stock control
· Operating and monitoring 3D printers
· Assisting with laser engraving and manufacturing processes
· Supporting armoury services, including the maintenance and repair of fencing weapons
· Driving company vehicles and vans when required
· General warehouse and production duties
· Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
· Assisting with trade shows, exhibitions and events when required

Previous experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.

This is an active role involving standing, walking, lifting stock and working within a warehouse environment.
We are a small business and everyone contributes across multiple areas of the company. Some tasks are repetitive, whilst others may be challenging or require learning new skills.
Occasional weekend work may be required when attending trade shows, exhibitions or events. Advance notice will be provided wherever possible.
This role offers an opportunity to grow with the business and take on additional responsibilities over time.
