Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Scaffold Labourer to join our team. You’ll support our scaffolders on a range of commercial and residential projects, assisting with loading/unloading, erecting/dismantling scaffolds, and maintaining a safe working environment.
This role is ideal for someone hard-working, reliable, and keen to progress within the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting scaffolders with erecting and dismantling scaffolding
- Carrying, loading and unloading materials safely
- Keeping sites tidy and organised
- Following safety instructions and procedures at all times
- Working as part of a team to deliver high standards on every job
Requirements
- Previous site or labouring experience preferred (scaffolding experience beneficial but not essential)
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather
- Good attitude, timekeeping and willingness to learn
- CSCS card preferred (not essential – we can support the right candidate to obtain this)
