Salary: £60,000-£70,000

Overview
A well-established, multi-office law firm in West London is looking to hire an experienced Private Family Solicitor to join its growing team. The firm has a strong pipeline of privately funded work and an established reputation across family law.
This role offers a solid caseload, autonomy, and a clear path for progression within a stable and supportive environment.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload of privately funded family matters, with support where needed on more complex cases.
Work will include:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial remedy matters
- Private children work
- Cohabitation disputes
- Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
- Domestic abuse matters
There is an existing caseload to take over, alongside ongoing new instructions.
Candidate Profile
You will be:
- A qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Ideally 7+ PQE (flexible depending on experience)
- Experienced in handling a full range of privately funded family matters
- Able to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Comfortable dealing directly with clients and maintaining relationships
Desirable:
- Experience of advocacy
- Experience dealing with mid to high-net-worth clients
- Strong billing and organisational track record
