We are looking for a full time Kitchen Porte for a new site opening in Osmington Mills. Following a complete refurbishment of the pub, gardens and surrounding accommodation, we will be reopening The Sunray at the beginning of May.
The Sunray is the newest addition to the Fired-Up Collective, a boutique group of restaurants and pubs on in the South Coast comprising of Nusara, The Old Thatch, The Goods Yard, The Greyhound and The Old Beams. The portfolio is looked after by one succinct, dynamic Management team and our employees benefit from being part of this family orientated ethos as well as having the ability to move across brands and look for career opportunities within the group and not just for progression within their site.
Criteria:
- Experience working in kitchens in a busy restaurant or pub environment is great, however full training will be provided
- A great attitude and work ethic, someone who's not afraid to get their hands dirty!
- Drive to excel and progress within a professional kitchen
- A genuine passion for the industry, and an eagerness to train under a professional kitchen team
- Someone who's able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communications skills
