The Role and Your Responsibilities:
Working as part of a run-led service, you will typically visit multiple clients during your shift, helping them with daily tasks, focusing on maintaining their comfort, dignity, and independence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing personal care (washing, dressing, toileting).
- Assisting with mealtimes.
- Administering medications.
- Supporting with household tasks such as shopping, cleaning, and meal preparation.
- Offering companionship and encouraging participation in social activities.
- Maintaining accurate care records and following established care plans.
- Completing all necessary documentation.
Locations Recruiting:
We are currently hiring in the following areas:
- Leek
- Newcastle-under-Lyme
- Kidsgrove/Talke/Audley
Shift Patterns:
- Mornings: 07:00 - 14:30
- Evenings: 14:30 - 22:00
- Alternate weekend working is required.
About You:
A caring attitude and passion for helping others are essential. While previous experience is welcome, it is not mandatory. Flexibility is important to ensure we provide consistent, quality care.
You will need to hold a valid driving licence with access to a vehicle with business insurance.
