About the Company:
HB Clark & Co (Successors) Ltd is a well-established trade wholesaler of wines, spirits, beers, ales and soft drinks. The company was established in 1906, and its main head office is situated in Wakefield. We have 9 depots across the North of England:

Responsibilities of a Class 2 Driver:
- Able to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Complete daily vehicle checks, notifying management of any defects.
- Ensure that all deliveries are made to the correct location, in a safe and timely manner.
- Responsible for reporting any incidents or personal injuries in a timely manner.
- Moving and handling loads e.g. crates, packs and boxes of drinks and kegs of beer, and other licenced trade goods.
- Ensuring that deliveries are taken to the customers room of choice and stock date rotated.
- Ensuring that deliveries are taken to the correct customers, checked off against the delivery note, account terms are adhered to and the delivery note is validated by signature and print.
Requirements for a Class 2 Driver:
- Training packages are available for the right candidate
- Right to work in the UK
- Ability to manage time and work to deadlines
- Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
- Able to lift and carry heavy loads, adhering to manual handling procedures.
This role requires a working schedule of Tuesday to Saturday. 46 hours per week between 07:30am - 17:00pm.
