We are seeking a reliable and caring Domestic Supervisor Assistant to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents.
- Role: Domestic Supervisor Assistant
- Location: Crossways care home - Station Road, Lostock Gralam, Northwich. CW9 7PN
- Contract: Full-time position available
- Salary: £13.00 per hour
- Schedule: Flexible working hours -To be discussed at interview - Alternate Weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Complete IPC audits
- Support junior staff and complete staff supervisions/appraisals
- General cleaning around the home (e.g. floors, rooms, furniture etc...)
- Restock toiletries, soaps, towels etc. as and when required
- Adhere to the care home’s disposal of waste policy
- Report immediately to the Home Manager or the person in charge, any accident incurred by a service user, colleague, self or another.
- Report to the Home Manager or the Handyperson any faulty appliances, damaged furniture/equipment of any potential hazards.
