We're recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a fast-paced manufacturing site in the Leicester area. This is a great opportunity for an electrically biased engineer who enjoys fault finding, problem solving and keeping production moving.
You'll be working across production and site services equipment carrying out planned maintenance, breakdown repairs and continuous improvement work.
What you'll be doing:

Electrical and mechanical fault finding

Planned and reactive maintenance

Working on automated production machinery

Fault finding on PLC-controlled equipment

Working with motors, drives, conveyors, pumps and pneumatics

Supporting continuous improvement across site

Helping reduce downtime and improve machine reliability
What they're looking for:

Electrically biased engineer
-
Apprentice trained or NVQ Level 3 qualified

Manufacturing or production background
-
Strong fault-finding ability
-
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Multi-skilled mindset and team player attitude
