Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialised drinks, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Handle customer orders efficiently while providing friendly and professional service.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including equipment, counters, and dining spaces, adhering to food safety standards.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling snacks or light meals as required.
- Manage cash register operations accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change.
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
- Engage with customers in a welcoming manner, fostering a positive atmosphere.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is advantageous.
- Experience in serving or food preparation is beneficial.
- Basic maths skills are necessary for handling transactions accurately.
- Strong time management skills are essential to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
