Overview
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a Domino’s Pizza Manager in Training. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop leadership skills within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Manager in Training, you will gain hands-on experience in restaurant operations, customer service, and team management, with the goal of progressing into a full managerial position. Applicants should be passionate about food service and eager to learn the ins and outs of running a successful pizza outlet.
Duties
- Assist in food preparation and cooking to ensure high-quality product delivery
- Support daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff and managing workflow
- Ensure food safety standards are maintained at all times
- Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and hospitality
- Oversee team members, providing guidance and training as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas
- Help manage stock levels, ordering supplies when necessary
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and operational goals
- Participate in staff scheduling and shift management
- Uphold health and safety regulations across all areas of the restaurant
Skills
- Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or hospitality roles such as serving or barista work is advantageous
- Proven supervising or team management experience within a restaurant or hotel environment
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Knowledge of food safety standards and food production processes
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction
- Experience in culinary arts or kitchen operations is desirable but not essential; enthusiasm for learning is key
