About us
Jigsaw Arts Dulwich is a small creative and fun performing arts school in SE London. We are dedicated to developing performance skills, promoting self-expression and building confidence in young people. Joining a team of 6 enthusiastic performers you will be sharing your love of performing with the next generation.
Our vibrant Dulwich school is looking for well-rounded individuals to join our team as Performing Arts Teachers in September. We are specifically looking for a drama teacher but we welcome applications in other disciplines. The successful candidates will be required to support group classes to students of a set age range which might be with our youngest performers (aged 7-8) or our oldest performers (aged 12-15). You will lead 2-3 sessions on Sunday mornings.
At Jigsaw Dulwich we value teacher creativity and we are very happy to be guided by you as to the content you might create with the children. It is important to us that our teachers enjoy the classes too. We're looking for an individual with a passion for performing arts who can teach the performing arts to children in a fun and engaging way.
Applications will be viewed on a rolling basis. So early applications recommended. If your application is successful you will be invited to an initial short Zoom interview with the second and final stage being an in person interview on a Sunday morning before the end of June.
To apply please send your CV and a short cover note, specifically noting how you will commute to our school and whether you hold an enhanced DBS check.
We can't wait to hear from you!
