Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team, responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various commercial premises. Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing surfaces in designated areas
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces to meet health and safety standards
- Empty bins and dispose of waste responsibly
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels as needed
- Maintain cleaning equipment in good working order and report any faults or repairs required
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or hazards
- Ensure cleaning schedules are adhered to efficiently and thoroughly
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable with a professional attitude towards hygiene standards
- Ability to work flexibly within scheduled shifts, including early mornings or evenings if required
