As our new
Talent Acquisition Specialist – Flight Operations you will be a key part of a high performing internal recruitment team responsible for delivering the resourcing needs for our Flight Operations departments.
You will proactively manage internal and external candidates, as well as stakeholder relationships. Delivering a professional service to the business that results in the sourcing of high calibre Pilots and Flight Operations colleagues to our growing business.

What will you do in the role?
This is a highly visible role in the Talent Acquisition team, and you will be responsible for the sourcing and delivery of Pilot & Flight Operations candidates against the headcount plan for our ongoing recruitment campaigns.
