Removals Van Driver/Porter – Edinburgh
Job Type: Full Time Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week, any 5 out of 7 days
Proposed Salary: £26,436.80 per annum plus bonus

We are looking for a Removals Van Driver/Porter that has excellent communication skills along with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude, whilst also having a willingness to learn and a passion for great customer service. Previous removals/sales experience would be beneficial, but don’t worry if you haven’t got it, as long as you have a full driving licence you will receive support from our team who will provide the appropriate training.
Self-Storage is more than what you think it is. We are in the business of solving customer’s storage and removal needs whether it’s a family looking to move house or a student on summer break, our customers make it interesting and you will be exposed to a variety of tasks.
Customer Service: Supporting customers with their questions and queries around our Removals and Self Storage. Also, handling new and existing storage customers over the phone as well as face to face in order to meet their needs, including welcoming and greeting customers at reception - PC skills are required.
Removals/Van & Driver: Pack/Remove customer belongings efficiently and effectively. Loading and unloading belongings from vehicles or storage.
Operational Standards: Following all appropriate Health and Safety guidelines. Driving the company vehicle with due care and attention and representing the business in a professional manner.
**Full clean UK driving license is required
