Job Overview
We are seeking an Immediate Start – End of Tenancy Cleaning Team Leader with a valid driver’s licence to oversee and coordinate end-of-tenancy cleaning operations. This role involves leading a team to deliver high-quality cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, experience in janitorial or hotel cleaning, and excellent customer service abilities. This position offers an opportunity to take on a leadership role within a dynamic cleaning team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of cleaning operatives during end-of-tenancy cleans, ensuring tasks are completed to client specifications.
- Organise daily schedules and allocate tasks effectively among team members.
- Conduct quality checks to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their requirements and address any concerns promptly.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and efficiently.
- Maintain health and safety standards throughout all operations, including the proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Assist with training new team members in cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
- Support the team in achieving targets for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s licence with clean driving record. And must have own vehicle
- Proven experience in janitorial, hotel, or commercial cleaning environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and organise a team effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a professional approach when liaising with clients.
- Experience in end-of-tenancy or specialised cleaning is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Physical fitness to perform manual cleaning duties and manage long periods on your feet.
