Aspect Maintenance – Chessington, Surrey
Salary: £26,000 starting salary, increasing by £1,000 per year up to £28,000 + bonus (OTE approximately £32,000-40,000)
Location: Chessington, Surrey (office based)
Hours: Monday to Friday, shift patterns between 8am and 7pm

The Role
This is a full-time, office-based role within our operations team. You will be responsible for handling incoming enquiries, booking maintenance works, and ensuring jobs are scheduled accurately and efficiently.
You will act as a key link between customers, engineers, and internal teams, helping ensure enquiries are converted into confirmed bookings and that work is delivered smoothly.
The role suits someone who is organised, confident on the phone, and comfortable dealing with maintenance-related queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Manage customer enquiries relating to multiple maintenance trades
- Identify issues and allocate the appropriate trade
- Book jobs and schedule engineers accurately
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding appointments and services
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, customer interactions, and job details
- Resolve customer queries where possible and escalate complex issues when required
- Work closely with internal operations teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
Skills & Experience
- Experience in customer service, ideally within maintenance, facilities management, housing or a trade-related environment
- Understanding of at least one maintenance trade and a general awareness of others
- Confidence discussing technical issues with customers and tradespeople
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment
Experience in the following areas would be beneficial:
- Background in a hands-on trade (plumbing, electrical, carpentry etc.)
- Experience working in a service desk, helpdesk or scheduling role
- Experience booking engineers or coordinating field teams
- Outbound or sales-based phone experience
