Job Overview
We are seeking a very awesome, hardworking, dedicated, strong senior CDP / Junior Sous Chef to help with the day to day running of a fast paced, fun, unique & independently owned Automotive themed pub kitchen with 14 hotel rooms.
We offer our visitors fresh, great quality, homemade, pub food, with modern twists and exciting flavours, to suit those wanting anything from a quick bite to eat outside or a full 3 course meal in the restaurant.
The kitchen is run by a passionate and creative team who clearly love what they do. We know we are very lucky to have such a wonderful team both FOH & BOH. Everyone works together as a team and we have no time for drama.
We aim to serve great food as fast as possible, high attention to detail and consistency is a must.
We open from 7.30am everyday and cater for breakfast, lunch, dinner and events which pull in some big numbers.
Ideally set shifts to work around you and the businesses needs, but some flexibility needed to cover holidays and sickness.
Full or Part-Time considered.
20-45 hours per week - depending on what the right candidate is looking for.
Hours include every Weekend.
6pm finish on Sundays & usually no later than 9-10pm any other night.
Transport essential due to location.
