Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Field Supervisor/Senior Carer to join our team at Caremark Ltd. This role is vital in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services while supervising our Care Assistants. Based in a supportive environment, you will play a key role in enhancing the lives of our clients across various settings.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support Care Assistants in delivering exceptional care to clients.
- Conduct regular field visits to ensure compliance with care plans and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and staff to address any concerns or needs.
- Assist in developing and reviewing care plans tailored to individual client requirements.
- Provide training and guidance to new staff members on best practices in care delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and staff performance.
- Collaborate with management to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience in senior care or supervisory roles within the home care sector is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and staff.
- Familiarity with care plans and regulatory requirements is preferred.
- Proficient IT skills for documentation and reporting purposes.
- A valid UK driving license is essential for this role.
