We’re on the hunt for an experienced, strong and confident Nursery Manager who brings more than policies and paperwork. We want someone who brings energy, creativity, and a genuine love for early years - someone who can lead our passionate team, inspire little minds, and maybe isn’t afraid to get a bit messy along the way.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading your team with positivity, encouragement, and the occasional well-timed cup of tea!
- Creating a nursery environment full of curiosity, creativity, and joy
- Making sure standards stay high (while keeping things human and supportive)
- Building strong relationships with families - they’ll know and trust you
- Spotting potential in your team and helping them grow
You’ll Fit Right In If You…
- Have a Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification (not Health and Social Care)
- Have experience leading within a nursery setting
- Know your EYFS - but don’t treat it like a script
- Are organised (but flexible when it counts!)
- Can juggle responsibilities and still laugh at the chaos
