Newson Health is entering an exciting period of growth and we're looking for someone exceptional to help us expand our clinical team.
This is not a traditional recruitment role.
We're looking for a well-connected healthcare recruiter, talent specialist or headhunter with an established GP network and a proven ability to identify, engage and attract high-quality clinicians.
You'll work closely with our People Team and Clinical Leadership Team to build a pipeline of talented GPs who are passionate about women's health and delivering exceptional patient care.
What you'll be doing

Proactively identifying and engaging suitable GP candidates

Building and maintaining a strong clinical talent pipeline

Networking within the GP community and leveraging existing relationships

Supporting the attraction of clinicians into a specialist women's health environment

Working towards agreed recruitment outcomes and capacity targets
About you

Proven experience recruiting or headhunting GPs

Strong professional network within primary care

Confident engaging passive candidates

Self-motivated and results-focused

Experience within private healthcare, specialist services or women's health would be advantageous
