We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to lead the front-of-house team at The Fenwick, an exciting food-led pub reopening under new ownership.
The Fenwick will focus on delivering high-quality food, excellent service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for someone who thrives in a busy hospitality environment, leads by example, and is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences.
The Role
As Restaurant Supervisior, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the restaurant operation, ensuring outstanding customer service, strong team leadership, and smooth service standards throughout.
You will work closely with the owners and kitchen team to help establish The Fenwick as a destination venue known for quality food and hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Leading and motivating the front-of-house team
- Delivering exceptional customer service standards
- Managing daily restaurant operations and service
- Training, recruiting, and developing staff
- Managing rotas, labour, and staffing levels
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Handling customer feedback professionally
- Supporting the growth and reputation of the business
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or Experience in a quality food-led pub or restaurant
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organisational ability
- Passion for hospitality and customer experience
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Personal licence preferred but not essential
