We are currently seeking a Potwash to join our team in a bustling hospitality environment. The role involves supporting kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a smooth flow of dishwashing activities during busy weekend shifts.
Estimated 12-20 hours per week
Example shifts -
Thursday - 6pm-10pm
Friday - 5pm - 10pm
Saturday & Sunday 12pm - 11pm
Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and other equipment
- Keep the kitchen area clean and organised
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed
- Support the kitchen team in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene and our 5* food hygiene rating
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Skills:
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Willingness to assist with various tasks in a culinary setting
