Warehouse Operative / Container Unloader
Location: Rugby
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Shift: Day shifts, Monday to Friday, occasional weekends
Job Type: Temporary / Ongoing Agency Work
We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives / Container Unloaders on behalf of our client. This is a physically demanding role within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Role Responsibilities:

Unloading shipping containers and deliveries

Manual handling of goods (heavy lifting involved)

Sorting, stacking, and palletising stock

Maintaining a clean and safe work area

Meeting productivity and safety targets
Candidate Requirements:

Physically fit and able to carry out manual work

Reliable, punctual, and flexible with shifts

Ability to work well as part of a team

Previous warehouse or container unloading experience is an advantage but not essential
