Duties
- Perform natural hair braiding services, including box braids, cornrows, twists, and other styles tailored to client preferences
- Provide personalised consultations to understand clients’ desired looks and advise on suitable styles and hair care routines
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
- Manage appointments efficiently, ensuring timely service delivery and excellent customer experience
- Upsell additional services such as hair oils & hydrating mist or hair care products where appropriate
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client records
- Deliver exceptional customer service by building rapport and ensuring client satisfaction during each visit
Requirements
- Proven experience in natural hair braiding and styling techniques
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients
- Knowledge of store management principles is a plus for those interested in advancing within the business
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple appointments efficiently
- A professional attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality service in a friendly manner
- Ability to work flexibly within operational hours, maintaining a positive and proactive approach

Pay: £100.00-£130.00 per day
