Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality personal care and support to residents
- Promoting dignity, choice and independence at all times
- Supporting residents with daily activities and overall wellbeing
- Working effectively as part of a caring and professional team
- Maintaining accurate care records in line with regulatory requirements
What We’re Looking For
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (desirable)
- Previous experience in a care setting is preferred
- A caring, patient and positive attitude
- Reliability and flexibility to meet the needs of the service
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
