Summary
We are seeking a Production Technician to join our team in Evesham. In this role, you will safely and reliably carry out production activities within a defined area, following standard work and under appropriate supervision, while building technical competence.
Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment and processes in line with standard operating procedures
- Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping standards at all times
- Complete basic quality checks and record production data accurately
- Escalate issues, defects, or equipment concerns promptly
- Participate in training and on‑the‑job learning
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of production processes
- Ability to follow instructions and standard work
- Good attention to detail and reliability
- Developing technical and problem‑solving skills
Hours of Work
We are looking for candidates for both our morning & afternoon shift;
- Mornings: 6am to 2pm Monday to Thursday & 6am to 1pm Friday or
- Afternoons: 2pm to 10pm Monday to Thursday & 1pm to 8pm Friday.
You will work fixed shifts.
Team members working afternoon shift will receive an additional £160 per month shift allowance.
