Package: £26,000 - £28,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE of £40,000 year 1)

The Role:
- Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
- Market mapping and identifying new businesses to work with (business development).
- Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
- Managing your candidate database.
- Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.
The Requirements:
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales (preferred, not essential)
- A recent graduate with strong communication skills
- Ambition, resilience, and a results-driven mindset
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- A natural relationship builder with a proactive approach to work
- Strong track record of achievement (academics, sports, societies, part-time work etc)
