ShredPro Ltd is a leading competitor in the confidential waste sector. Due to continuing growth and development we are looking for an experienced driver in order to continue our successful expansion.
This is not a standard driving role. The successful candidate must be prepared for a highly active, physically demanding position involving heavy lifting throughout the day. Drivers typically complete between 15 and 20 customer collections per day, with every stop requiring the movement and loading of confidential waste containers. Applicants should be comfortable undertaking manual handling duties for the majority of their working day and be capable of maintaining a high level of physical performance in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will;

- Have good communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to undertake heavy lifting and physically demanding work, involving the safe movement of large wheeled trolleys on and off vehicles.
- Have plenty of flexibility around working hours.
The role will include delivering a service to various locations, loading and un-loading the vehicle and communicating with customers. Acting as a key point of customer contact, you will also be expected to complete all relevant documentation and issue a certificate of destruction via a hand-held terminal. Maintaining the security and confidentiality of customer information at all times is essential.

The position is based from our Stratford-upon-Avon depot.
