We are a fast-growing organisation based in Manchester, working across youth performance pathways, coach education, community cycling and sports travel. We are looking for a Social Media & Marketing Assistant to join us and help tell our story.
The role
We have a clear strategy in place. What we need is someone to bring it to life, posting consistently and creatively across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn, capturing content at events, designing graphics in Canva and helping us grow our presence and our business.
This is a self-employed, part-time role. You will attend events roughly once or twice a month and handle the rest remotely. Hours are flexible and the work is varied.
What you will be doing
- Capturing and editing content at sessions and events
- Designing graphics and assets using Canva
- Writing captions and scheduling posts across our social channels
- Helping us think about how we can do things better
What we are looking for
You are comfortable with Canva, have a good eye for social media and can write well. You are organised, self-motivated and confident enough to use your initiative. An interest in sport is a bonus but your attitude and ability matter more than your CV.
This role has genuine room to grow. We have new clients coming on board in the coming months and we are committed to investing in the right person as the business grows.
