Housed in a stunning, restored Victorian power station on Shoreditch High Street, this multi-level landmark combines a high-end dining room, a buzzing bar, and an expansive terrace. It’s a sophisticated yet soulful space designed for everything from refined dinners to high-volume weekend vibes.
Role We are looking for a sharp Assistant Manager to help lead our newest flagship. You’ll be a key player in establishing the culture of this site, supporting the GM in a high-volume, premium environment that demands both pace and precision.
Who you are
- You deliver polished service and understand the "premium-casual" balance.
- You can pivot easily between a busy restaurant floor and a high-energy bar.
- You have an eye for detail and ensure the venue looks and feels 10/10 at all times.
- You understand the local scene—from the corporate lunch crowd to the late-night socialites.
- You are a confident communicator who empowers staff and keeps morale high.
- You are comfortable with P&L, stock control, and driving revenue.

Pay: £45,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
