Tomatitos is an independent Spanish tapas bar in the heart of Hay-on-Wye, now under new management and entering an exciting new chapter.
We’re looking for an exceptional Front of House Manager to lead our team and help shape a standout guest experience.

- Proven experience in restaurant or front of house management is essential
- A genuine passion for food, drink, and hospitality
- A hands-on leader who thrives in a busy service environment
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
- A team player who can also take initiative and lead from the front
- Immaculately presented, ambitious, and driven to deliver high standards
You’ll be the face of the business during service—setting the tone, leading the team, and ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.
The role
- Leading and directing the front of house team during service
- Ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality service at all times
- Managing stock control and placing orders
- Preparing and serving drinks including cocktails, wines, beers, and coffee
- Delivering excellent, personable customer service
- Handling payments and operating the till system
- Cashing up and managing end-of-day procedures
- creating rotas and managing staff
- Opening and closing the venue
Working pattern
- Wednesday
- Thursday
- Friday
- Saturday
- 3 days off per week

- Starting salary from £30,000 - £32,000 with higher pay available depending on experience
