This is a desk-based role from day one, so confidence speaking to people and strong communication skills are extremely important.
About The Role
What You’ll Learn & Support
Answering customer calls and helping resolve queries
Logging faults and support tickets accurately
Learning how broadband, telecoms, CCTV, IT and merchant services operate
Supporting customers with billing and account queries
Updating customer records and CRM systems
Learning how to diagnose technical faults and escalate issues
Supporting engineers and technical teams
Learning how to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced service environment
Taking payments and helping resolve billing queries
Developing professional communication and customer service skills
