ABOUT THE ROLE
In the role of Bartender, your key focus will be to:
-
provide excellent customer support to the guests of the Artesian Bar
-
create memorable cocktails and offering world class spirits, wines and beers
take ownership of the bar prep and laboratory to achieve the highest levels of organisation with stock, prep and ingredients that is used in the bar for all cocktails -
support the team in delivering an excellent experience for guests
-
have flair, charisma and charm in a theatrical environment
-
be immaculately presented, attentive and proactive with the ability to respond quickly to needs of our guests and bar management team

handle complex situations in a timely and efficient manner

be an excellent team player with exceptional communication skills
-
ensure that licensing laws and health and safety matters are adhered to
ABOUT YOU
-
excellent knowledge of classic cocktails and passion for bar industry
-
previous experience in a similar 5* environment
-
flair, passion and a conscientious attitude
-
confidence, professionalism and engaging personality
-
ability to think outside of the box to surprise and delight our guests
-
excellent attention to detail
-
clear conversational English language, knowledge of foreign languages is beneficial
